Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to serve as the primary relationship manager for the FEP Mail Order business. You will drive client satisfaction, manage contractual obligations, and lead strategic initiatives across multiple departments to deliver value and improve member experiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in account management or leadership roles.
• Experience with large, complex accounts, preferably government programs or Fortune 500.
• Experience presenting to executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for FEP Mail Order operations and strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders and internal leadership.
• Lead business reviews, operational discussions, and executive-level presentations.
• Monitor and drive performance, contractual commitments, and service guarantees.
• Partner across functions to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and ensure continuity of service.
• Translate data into actionable insights and client recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve member experience and client value.
• Support implementation of new products, programs, and technology solutions.
• Lead audit, compliance, and governance activities in support of contractual obligations.
• Drive strategic initiatives from planning through execution with stakeholder alignment.
