CVS Health is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to lead the FEP Mail Order relationship, aligning strategic initiatives with member experience and value delivery.

You will collaborate with Mail Operations, Customer Care, Clinical, Finance, and Technology to drive performance, ensure contractual compliance, and present insights to executives. Strong leadership for large accounts is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of account management, healthcare, PBM, or client-facing leadership experience.
• Strong analytical, financial, project management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for the FEP Mail Order business.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders and internal leadership.
• Lead business reviews, operational discussions, and executive-level presentations.
• Monitor and drive operational performance, contractual commitments, and client deliverables.
• Partner across functions to resolve complex issues and ensure continuity of service.
• Translate data into actionable insights and client recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve member experience and operational efficiency.
• Support implementation of new products and technology solutions.
• Lead audit, compliance, and governance activities related to contracts.
• Drive strategic initiatives from planning through execution with accountability.
