CVS Health is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to serve as the primary relationship manager and strategic advisor for the FEP Mail Order business. You will own client satisfaction, operational performance, and contractual compliance, partnering with Mail Operations, Customer Care, Finance, Technology, Legal, and Product teams to drive value.

The role requires strong executive presence, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment,

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of account management or healthcare leadership experience.
• Experience managing large, complex accounts.
• Experience presenting to executive audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary point of contact for FEP Mail Order operations and strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders and internal leadership.
• Lead business reviews, operational discussions, and executive-level presentations.
• Monitor and drive operational performance, contractual commitments, service guarantees, and client deliverables.
• Partner across business functions to resolve complex issues and ensure continuity of service.
• Translate operational, financial, and performance data into actionable business insights and client recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve member experience and client value.
• Support implementation of new products, programs, and technology solutions.
• Lead audit, compliance, and governance activities in support of contractual obligations.
• Drive strategic initiatives from planning through execution with stakeholder alignment.
