Agile Occupational Medicine is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to drive new business acquisition and enterprise growth across Irvine and Huntington Beach centers. This hunter-focused role partners with executives to align occupational health solutions with business goals and deliver measurable ROI.

Responsibilities include leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles, delivering executive-level proposals, and managing a portfolio of strategic accounts with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of success in B2B, enterprise, or strategic sales (healthcare or service-based industries preferred).
• Proven ability to close deals and consistently exceed revenue targets.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned centers or region(s).
• A bachelor’s degree is not required; equivalent experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with senior and C-suite decision-makers.
• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts with a focus on expansion and recapture.
• Deliver executive-level presentations, proposals, and business reviews highlighting ROI.
• Collaborate with Operations and Center Leadership to ensure onboarding and post-sale execution.
• Track sales activity in CRM systems and monitor market and competitor trends.
