HUB International is seeking an experienced Customer Service professional in Boston to support account management, claims and underwriting services for a leading insurance organization. You will work with producers to ensure clients receive service and innovative solutions.

The Account Executive role requires a licensed, 8+ years experienced insurance professional with strong communication skills. The position offers training, licensing support, and opportunities for growth within a large North

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• 8+ years of related commercial insurance experience.
• Property & Casualty license in California and in good standing.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills with ability to interact at all levels.
• Demonstrated presentation skills.
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
• Computer literate – Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates positive and effective relationships with clients and insurance carrier staff.
• Acts as the point-of-contact for larger, more complex accounts.
• Manage the entire account-service process.
• Market to carriers.
• Prepare quotes and proposals.
• Prepare/present proposals to clients.
• Participates in client meetings/presentations with Producer(s).
• Oversees the processing of enrollments/changes/terms.
• Maintains renewal controls on expirations and binders.
• Responds to/resolves escalated client issues.
• Check policies/endorsement/audits for accuracy.
• Coordinates premium financing and the collection of premiums.
