HUB International in Massachusetts seeks a Senior Account Manager to service assigned commercial accounts and expand client relationships. You will review coverage, prepare applications, and collaborate with Producers to support renewal and new business opportunities.

The role requires five years in commercial insurance, knowledge of commercial lines, and strong communication. This position emphasizes accuracy, customer focus, and teamwork within a large, supportive firm.

Qualifications

• Five years' experience in commercial insurance.
• Thorough knowledge of commercial lines coverages and markets.
• Producer's license.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Customer focused.

Responsabilités

• Review and analyze commercial accounts for coverage, limits, etc., and make recommendations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure service needs are met.
• Develop new business from existing accounts and assigned leads and contribute to meeting production goals.
• Gather information from clients and prepare applications for submission to Marketing regarding new/renewal coverage.
• Prepare client proposals based on client’s needs, rates and coverages.
• Prepare all transactions for assigned accounts (applications, certificates, invoices, forms).
• Maintain the accuracy of data in the agency management system.
• May handle collections of premiums due.
• Keep informed of changes and trends within the industry for profit objectives.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager.
