Zusammenfassung

HUB International is seeking an Account Executive for the Healthcare Solutions team in the Northeast. You will service clients, coordinate with producers, and support renewal strategies to optimize coverage and client satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in a Commercial servicing role.
• Property & Casualty License required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel formulas.
• Experience creating Acord forms such as 125, 126, 127, 130, 131, and 140.
• Demonstrated ability to complete oral and written client presentations, RFPs, exposure analysis, and evaluate and recommend appropriate insurance coverage for client.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Experience with marketing coverage lines.
• Knowledge of EPIC is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Ongoing service and communication with clients, promoting client/insurer relationship as needed.
• Executing contracted services for all lines and performing contract reviews, adjustments and audits.
• Coordinate brokerage and client service efforts with captive management, actuarial, claims and loss prevention.
• Develop understanding of clients' business, strategies and risk management needs withProducer, and craft innovative approaches.
• Execute renewal strategy in accordance with client instructions.
• Collaborate on presentations for existing and prospective clients.
• Manage the claims process with claims resources, and assist with marketing renewals and coverage recommendations.
