Qualifications

• Proven success in plan & spec/construction sales.
• 5+ years of sales experience in the building automation field.
• Must embrace CRM tool for pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with end users and contractors.
• Assist engineers with control system design and specifications.
• Prepare technical proposals and presentations.

Skills

Sales in building automation

CRM tool usage

Reading mechanical & electrical drawings

Understanding HVAC systems

Proficiency in MS Office

Education
