Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical sales or related roles in building automation/HVAC or construction.
• Strong understanding of BAS/HVAC and ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support sales growth within the BAS division and nurture relationships with end users, engineers, and contractors.
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and contribute to pipeline development.
• Participate in customer meetings, job walks, and sales presentations.
• Assist with technical proposals, scope letters, and customer presentations for BAS projects.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
