Job summary

Global Data Systems, Inc. seeks an Account Executive to own, retain, and grow revenue across existing customer relationships while identifying qualified new-logo opportunities that align with GDS’s target profile.

You will be a trusted advisor driving account strategy, renewals, cross-sell, and expansion across modern workplace, AI, Copilot, data governance, compliance, and security solutions. Travel statewide within Louisiana may be required.

Qualifications

3+ years of B2B account management or sales success, including renewals and new-logo prospecting.
Proven ability to manage customer relationships and build account plans.
Strong discovery and executive-facing presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Own existing accounts and protect recurring revenue while identifying growth opportunities.
Grow wallet share through cross-sell, upsell, renewals, and adoption of GDS solutions.
Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and executives.
Lead business-level conversations translating technology into business value.
Prospect consistently to add new logos that fit GDS’s target profile.
Maintain accurate forecasts and healthy pipeline.
