Job summary

Hightouch is hiring Account Executives for the Ad Studio sales team in San Francisco. You will be among the first AEs to shape how Ad Studio is brought to market, selling to performance marketing teams and influencing ICP and positioning.

This ground-floor role emphasizes consultative deals and close collaboration with product and marketing to craft deals that address creative fatigue and rising CPMs. Prior adtech/martech exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a full cycle sales role.
• Excitement about being part of a founding team.
• Background in adtech, martech, creative tools, or selling to performance marketing buyers.
• Strong discovery and interpersonal skills.
• Intellectual curiosity, high ambition, and humility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment.
• Genuine interest in AI and how it's changing marketing and creative teams.

Responsibilities
