Job summary

Hightouch is expanding its Ad Studio sales team and seeking Account Executives to drive revenue with performance marketers. You’ll shape how Ad Studio is brought to market, influencing ICPs, strategies, and messaging, while closing strategic, consultative deals.

You will join a founding team environment where impact is visible, ambiguity is embraced, and AI in marketing is a core driver of growth. This role offers a high-velocity path with meaningful equity and rapid learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a full cycle sales role.
• Experience with founding teams is a plus.
• Background in adtech or martech is a strong plus.
• Strong discovery and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment.
• Genuine interest in AI and how it's changing marketing.

Responsibilities

• Sell Ad Studio to performance marketers including paid social/paid search leads.
• Define ICP and influence sales motion and positioning for the product.
• Own deals end-to-end from discovery to close with consultative approach.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success to ensure successful launches.
