Hightouch is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to join the founding Ad Studio sales team. You will be among the first AEs dedicated to Ad Studio, directly shaping sales motion, ICPs, and product positioning with customers.

You will sell to performance marketers, growth teams, and creative strategists at mid-market companies, tackling creative fatigue and rising CPMs with AI-backed solutions. This is a ground-floor opportunity with equity impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a full-cycle sales role.
• Experience in a founding team environment is a plus.
• Background in adtech, martech, or selling to performance marketers is a strong plus.
• Strong discovery and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell Ad Studio to mid-market buyers and grow the founding sales motion.
• Define ICP and contribute to positioning and go-to-market strategy.
