Job summary

Hightouch is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to build the revenue funnel for our new product: Ad Studio, an AI-powered creative platform for performance marketing teams. It turns performance data, market trends, competitor activity, brand guidelines, and existing creative assets into on-brand ad concepts at scale.

You'll own the full growth marketing motion: paid ads, webinars, lead generation, and content that earns attention in the market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running paid acquisition and demand gen at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience building programs from 0 to 1 with founder mentality.
• Strong writing and ability to craft engaging blog posts and ad copy.
• Analytical rigor with funnel metrics and attribution.
• Ability to own growth in a fast-scaling startup.

Responsibilities

• Launch and scale growth channels for Ad Studio across LinkedIn, Meta, Google.
• Build reporting on funnel conversion, CPL, and pipeline.
• Own roadmap and experiment with growth strategies.
