• 7+ years of healthcare or managed care experience with exposure to Commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare accounts.
• Led complex renewals and pricing discussions.
• Ability to translate financial information into clear recommendations.
• Confidently engages with senior client and consultant stakeholders.
• Strong judgment under pressure and ambiguity.
• Digital and AI fluency to apply advanced tools in decision making.
