Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to lead the overall account strategy, renewal outcomes, and executive relationships for large employer pharmacy benefit manager clients. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on strategy, judgment, and data-informed decision-making rather than day-to-day service execution.

The SAE will own the multi-year account strategy, serve as the primary executive contact, and lead renewal negotiations in collaboration with underwriting,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare or managed care.
• Experience leading complex renewals and pricing discussions.
• Ability to translate financial information into clear recommendations.
• Comfort engaging with senior client and consultant stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year account strategy for assigned clients.
