Job summary

Venda Search Ltd. partners with a U.S.

manufacturer of data center power distribution equipment to recruit a senior sales professional with an electrical OEM background to own and grow hyperscaler and colocation relationships. You will drive engineered power distribution solutions, win new business for data center projects, and collaborate with procurement, electrical engineering and senior decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or strategic account experience within an electrical equipment OEM.
• Strong experience selling power distribution equipment (transformers, switchgear, PDUs).
• Track record of winning and growing major data center accounts, ideally with hyperscaler relationships.
• Experience managing complex technical sales from spec to negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial strategy for key hyperscale and colocation accounts.
• Win new business for engineered power distribution equipment across major data center projects.
• Build relationships with customer procurement, electrical engineering and senior decision-makers.
• Work with internal engineering and manufacturing teams to align solutions with customer specs and delivery requirements.
• Negotiate high-value, multi-year supply agreements and expand business across multiple sites.
