Qualifications

• 3–4 years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong relationship-building and presentation skills.
• Coachability and willingness to follow a proven model.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a territory aligned to distributor/manufacturer partner networks.
• Build relationships with territory managers to generate warm referrals.
• Conduct discovery conversations and guide prospects through a consultative sales cycle.
• Leverage inbound leads and warm introductions.
• Perform high-quality, personalized outreach.
• Travel periodically for market visits; not a heavy travel role.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and manage full-cycle sales activity.
