Job summary

Sealing Devices Inc. is seeking a Territory Account Manager in the United States to grow our market presence within an assigned territory, focusing on OEMs, engineers, buyers, and key decision-makers.

You will own your territory end-to-end by developing strategic account plans, uncovering new business opportunities, and partnering with internal teams to deliver value and drive revenue while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of outside sales experience in industrial/technical markets.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and margin targets.
• Experience developing new business opportunities and growing existing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow revenue within the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet or exceed goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and referrals.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with continuous customer engagement.
• Expand Sealing Devices' presence within existing accounts and develop new relationships.
