Job summary

Airgas, Inc. in Lima, OH is seeking an Account Development Manager to nurture long-term client partnerships across approximately 50 key accounts in the Lima and Sidney territory.

You will drive relationship-building, facilitate project workflows from business reviews, and expand client relationships through consultative support. Travel throughout Lima, Sidney, Bowling Green and surrounding OH/IN areas is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of commercial experience, B2B sales, or business development in industrial gas or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify and support customer needs by conducting thorough assessments to gain insights into requirements and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized solutions that meet client objectives.
• Build alignment on contract agreements with terms fostering long-term partnerships.
• Partner with clients to discover upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Oversee strategic accounts as the primary contact, coordinating business reviews and addressing inquiries.
• Organize cross-functional project workflows across facilities and on-site contractors.
