Job summary

Airgas is seeking an Account Development Manager in Lima, OH to manage key accounts and drive growth. You will nurture client partnerships, coordinate cross-functional project workflows, and identify upsell opportunities across the Lima and Sidney region.

The role requires a proven track record in account management or consultative sales and strong organizational skills. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with travel across the OH/IN border as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of success in account management, customer success, or consultative sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and nurture long-term client partnerships across Lima and surrounding areas.
• Lead cross-functional workflows from business reviews to project delivery.
• Expand client relationships through consultative support and upselling opportunities.
• Coordinate contract discussions and ensure alignment with client objectives.
