Responsibilities include client engagement, clear communication, strategic account planning, proactive problem solving, project coordination, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent work experience.
• Proven leadership experience in account management or related role.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to think strategically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in project management.
• Knowledge of plastic and oral surgery terms is a plus.
• Proactive and customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Other duties as assigned by the Department Manager.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: main point of contact for assigned clients and relationships.
• Communication: daily interaction with clients and internal teams to drive project success.
• Account Planning: develop strategic account plans and growth opportunities.
• Problem Solving: identify and resolve client issues.
• Project Management: coordinate and manage project execution on time and within budget.
• Collaboration: participate in meetings and team activities.
• Documenting: maintain accurate records of account activity.
• Sales Support: work with sales to identify upsell opportunities.
