Zusammenfassung

Nirvana Health is seeking a strategic accounts GTM Engineer to build and run ABM programs from prospecting to engagement. The role sits in Marketing, collaborating with Sales, and requires ownership of tools, workflows, and in-person meetings with senior prospects.

Based in the New York City area, you will implement signal-based prospecting, AI enrichment, and content alignment to surface high-value accounts and drive high-touch outreach, with some travel to events.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in a marketing, sales, GTM, or RevOps role with tooling/building experience.
• Experience building APIs, AI agents, or automation to accelerate GTM workflows.
• Healthcare, RCM, or payer/provider market exposure is preferred.
• Strong independent judgment with minimal supervision.
• Comfort with face-to-face meetings with senior prospects.
• Fluency with Salesforce and outbound sequencing tools.
• Bias toward shipping, not perfection.

Aufgaben

• Build the prospecting engine with signal tracking, AI enrichment, and relationship mapping.
• Turn engine outputs into an ABM playbook with multi-touch outreach and content mapping.
• Execute high-touch outreach, including in-person meetings and referrals.
• Own event strategy end-to-end: identify conferences and manage presence.
• Report performance and engagement against pipeline attribution.
