Job summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions ABA, Inc is seeking a proactive Program Manager to oversee day-to-day center operations, staffing, scheduling, and client services. You will coordinate recruitment, manage master calendars, and support HR, Operations, and Clinical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with preferred background in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience coordinating scheduling and staffing for a clinical/therapeutic center is desirable.
• Strong communication and confidentiality practices are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day center operations and staffing.
• Coordinate recruitment, scheduling, and client service activities.
• Produce reports and manage scheduling and master calendars.
• Support HR, Operations and Clinical departments as needed.
