Job summary

ADP is seeking a 401(k) Client Service Manager in Louisville, KY. You will lead a regional 401(k) client services team, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention while interfacing with payroll and support groups.

The role requires extensive 401(k) knowledge, talent for staff development, and the ability to implement service enhancements. Travel may be required as needed to support clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience with Qualified Plans.
• At least 2 years' proficiency with client service regarding qualified Plans.
• Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in education and experience; CEBS/QKA/ERPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Regional 401(k) department, providing feedback to associates based on duties, ensuring quality performance.
• Manages performance to meet retention goals and provide career development opportunities.
• Drafts performance appraisals and coordinates with Plan Executive on goals and improvements.
• Coordinate functions within the department to initiate communication and encourage team spirit.
• Respond to inquiries from Operations, Clients, Sales, Payroll, HR, and New Business regarding 401(k) administration and changes.
• Work with New Business Team to ensure client satisfaction and assign new Specialists.
