Job summary

You will resolve plan issues, discuss legislative implications, coordinate with sponsors, and support education programs while leveraging knowledge of 401(k) plans, payroll feeds, and relevant systems to deliver reliable, proactive service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client service environment
• Demonstrates strong oral/written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products; ability to learn proprietary tools

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for retirement plans; ensure prompt customer service and client satisfaction
• Discuss plan changes and ensure project plans are followed to completion
• Coordinate education programs and workshops with plan sponsors
• Communicate compliance testing results and recommend improvements
