Job summary

ADP is hiring a Client Service Manager I in Louisville, KY. This hybrid role requires you to work in the office 3 days per week and from home 2 days per week, focusing on developing and maintaining strong relationships with ADP retirement plan clients.

You will be the primary client contact for day-to-day recordkeeping, plan administration, and education, coordinating with plan sponsors and internal teams to ensure timely service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client service environment is required.
• Experience with retirement plans or payroll/benefits is a plus.
• ASPPA QKA certification is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for retirement plan services and issue resolution.
• Communicate service delivery updates and assist with plan administration.
• Coordinate plan changes and educate clients about plan options.
• Support annual plan reviews and compliance tasks as needed.
