Job summary

ADP is seeking a Client Service Manager I for a hybrid role based in Louisville, KY. The position combines in-office collaboration three days per week with two days working from home, focusing on developing and maintaining strong client relationships in retirement plan services.

You will handle day-to-day administration, solve plan issues, ensure client satisfaction and retention, and serve as the primary contact for retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience.
• Up to 1 year of directly related experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients regarding service delivery, provide assistance on day-to-day retirement plan administration, and discuss legislative impacts.
• Maintain optimal service, client satisfaction and client retention.
• Act as primary contact for retirement plans for day-to-day record keeping and prompt customer service.
• Proactively communicate with clients to ensure delivery of high-quality service and satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of calls, emails, and client visits in the ADP CRM system.
• Develop and maintain product, industry and system knowledge.
