Job summary

VOI is seeking an Operations Strategy Manager (Supplier Management) to own relationships with selected 3PL partners across Germany and manage end-to-end vendor processes including sourcing and negotiation, in close collaboration with the regional Operations Strategy team and Fleet Managers.

You will design and drive performance reviews, monitor contracts and pricing, and coordinate with Fleet Managers and Market Development to align city-specific 3PL strategies and city launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or similar.
• 3+ years of experience managing relationships with external partners, suppliers or vendors; pricing negotiation experience is a merit.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and ability to communicate insights and collaborate on next steps.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage strategic relationships with key 3PL partners across Germany.
• Design and drive continuous performance reviews, turning data into insights for improvements.
• Lead local 3PL processes: sourcing, contract and pricing negotiation, onboarding and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Fleet Managers and Market Development to align city-specific 3PL strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning for city launches with local and central stakeholders.
