Job summary

Verizon is seeking a proactive logistics professional to manage a segment of our 3PL network, driving cost‑effective, world‑class execution across multiple distribution centers.

You will align internal stakeholders, sponsor continuous improvement projects, and optimize reverse logistics to enhance capacity and reduce expenses. Hybrid work arrangement and strong stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or vendor management.
• Experience managing performance, contracts, or relationships with 3PLs or major suppliers.
• Experience in large scale operations, distribution, or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with 3PL site leadership across multiple large distribution centers to drive operational success and SLA compliance.
• Lead Monthly Performance Scorecards and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Oversee 3PL contractual performance, tracking logistics costs and enforcing SLA penalties and incentives.
• Act as the primary liaison for Inventory Planning, Sales, and Product Marketing.
• Initiate and track large‑scale continuous improvement projects to optimize the customer experience and reduce expenses.
• Strategically manage the reverse logistics pipeline with 3PLs to maximize recovery value.
• Design and implement long‑term corrective actions with 3PL partners.
