Job summary

CTK USA INC. seeks a 3PL Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse activities across multiple client accounts. You will oversee shift staff, manage workflow, and ensure KPI and SLA performance while driving root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

You will support onboarding, SOP maintenance, and safety compliance in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment, with emphasis on collaboration and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a 3PL warehouse or fulfillment center.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts in a shared 3PL warehouse.
• Experience handling client escalations and communicating operations to clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 3PL Operations Leads and warehouse staff on your shift; provide direction and feedback.
• Manage shift workflow across receiving, putaway, replenishment, pick/pack/ship, and returns.
• Build schedules and plan staffing by client and function based on forecasted volumes.
• Own shift KPIs and SLAs; react to performance gaps and coordinate corrective actions.
• Lead root-cause analysis for mis-picks, mis-ships, and inventory discrepancies; implement CAPAs.
• Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and reconciliation in the WMS.
