Job summary

Loyola Medicine, a member of Trinity Health, is seeking a 340B Program Specialist to provide expert direction and maintain 340B purchasing processes. This role supports staff and management while ensuring program integrity and compliance with established policies.

You will develop systems to minimize liabilities, perform audits, and continuously improve 340B procedures to prevent duplications and misappropriations. A bachelor’s degree and related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or applicable work experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree in business, pharmacy or purchasing preferred.
• 3-5 years of related experience is typical for this role.

Responsibilities

• Achieve in-depth knowledge of the 340B Program and provide expert direction to staff and management.
• Maintain up-to-date policies and procedures on 340B purchasing processes.
• Develop systems to limit program liabilities and enhance program integrity.
• Provide audits to identify risk and prevent duplicate discounts and diversion.
• Routinely review 340B compliance program policies and procedures.
