Job summary

Loyola Medicine is hiring for a role focused on 340B program oversight and strategic purchasing. You will work with staff and management to implement policies, perform audits, and develop processes to minimize risk within the 340B framework.

The role requires 3–5 years in related work, pharmacy technician credentials, and experience with vendor software. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are available on site in Illinois.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or applicable work experience.
• 3-5 years of previous job related experience.
• Experience with 340B program including use of various vendor software programs/portals.
• Registered Pharmacy Technician.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred.
• Completion of 340B University program certificate of achievement.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving in-depth knowledge of the 340B Program and providing expert direction to staff and management regarding the 340B Program.
• Maintains up-to-date policies and procedures on 340B purchasing processes.
• Develops systems and processes to limit program liabilities.
• Provides proper audits to identify risk and prevent duplicate discounts and diversion.
• Routinely reviews 340B compliance program policies and procedures.
• Offers contributions and changes to ensure 340B compliance.

What you’ll need for this job:

Education

• Bachelor's degree or applicable work experience

Preferred

• Bachelor's Degree in business, pharmacy or purchasing preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of previous job related experience

• 6-10 years of previous job-related experience preferred
• 5 years of pharmaceutical purchasing, wholesaler and vendor experience
• 3 years of 340B program experience including use of various vendor software programs / portals
• Registered Pharmacy Technician
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred
• Completion of 340B University program certificate of achievement

Pay Range: $53,144 to $82,368

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
