Qualifications
- 1-2 years’ experience with pharmacy 340B required
- 2 years’ experience in business, analytics, or auditing preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel; Epic EHR experience helpful
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the 340B Drug Pricing Program and maintain program standards.
- Create and review monthly 340B reports and financial savings analyses.
- Serve as the split billing software expert and ensure interfacing with EMR and billing systems.
- Provide training and education on 340B processes for pharmacy staff.
- Lead internal audits and ensure ongoing compliance with regulations.
