Job summary

Renown-Health is seeking a 340B Program Analyst to audit and optimize the organization’s 340B program. The role requires collaboration with Pharmacy leadership, accounting, and legal teams to ensure program integrity and regulatory compliance.

The analyst will develop policies, perform self-audits, and coordinate external audits, while maintaining relationships with wholesalers, manufacturers, and contract pharmacies to maximize compliant savings for patients.

Qualifications

• Must have working-level English.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of 340B program-related experience required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada Pharmacy Technician license.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Perform regular internal audits of the 340B program to ensure compliance and identify revenue improvement opportunities.
• Act as liaison with affiliated departments to ensure 340B program integrity.
• Develop and maintain internal and external relationships with relevant stakeholders.
• Engage with Pharmacy leadership and participate in decision-making related to new 340B processes.
• Coordinate and oversee external audits and auditing readiness.
• Monitor and report on 340B utilization, savings, and compliance metrics.
