Job summary

Mercy Health seeks a 340B Analyst to manage compliance and program integrity for the 340B Drug Discount Program across the covered entity. You will coordinate audits, governance, and reporting while ensuring real-time guidance for purchasing, inventory, and cost savings.

Responsibilities include cross-department collaboration, software interfaces with Epic, and ongoing education for pharmacy teams. A 2-year degree is required with 1–2 years 340B experience; benefits are competitive.

Qualifications

• 2 year/Associates Degree in Healthcare Administration/Business/Finance/IT/Analytics/Pharmacy or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience with pharmacy 340B required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in business, analytics, or auditing preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel; strong communication skills.
• Experience with 340B, Epic EHR, and software interfaces is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate 340B Drug Pricing Program and maintain program standards.
• Develop monthly 340B reports, analyze variance, identify cost savings.
• Serve as split billing software expert; coordinate with Epic and interfaces.
• Educate and assist pharmacy staff; ensure program integrity and compliance.
• Lead internal audits and partner with departments to mitigate risks.
