Job summary
Best Choice Roofing is seeking Weather Damage experts / Sales Representatives to join our team in the United States. You will respond to warm leads, perform roof inspections, guide homeowners through restoration options, and help fund repairs.
The role involves canvassing neighborhoods to generate leads, traveling to storm-damaged areas, and working with insurers to secure the best outcomes for homeowners. Training is provided and commissions apply.
Qualifications
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver's license with access to reliable vehicle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of utilizing computer and smartphone apps.
- Able to climb ladders and inspect roofs.
- Work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Daytime availability ~40 hours weekly; Saturdays often required.
Responsibilities
- Respond to warm sales leads by visiting homeowners and inspecting roofs.
- Generate new leads via neighborhood canvassing and door knocking.
- Travel to storm-damaged areas to identify roof damage.
- Climb onto roofs to assess damage and present findings.
- Educate homeowners on restoration options and funding.
- Provide estimates and collect payments as required.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and adjusters for best outcomes.
- Secure agreements and contracts for roof restoration.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and contribute to team communication.
