Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficiency with smartphones/computer apps.
• Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs.
• Outdoor work with physical activity (up to 50 lbs) and walking.
• Availability for 40+ hours weekly, Saturdays often required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm sales leads by visiting homeowners and closing contracts.
• Generate leads through neighborhood canvassing and door-knocking.
• Travel to storm-affected areas to identify roof/property damage.
• Climb roofs to assess damage and present findings (training provided).
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and funding.
• Provide estimates and assist with insurance coordination.
• Obtain agreements/contracts for roof restoration services.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in team communication.
