Job summary

Best Choice Roofing is seeking Weather Damage experts / Sales Representatives in the United States. You will respond to warm leads, inspect roofs and property damage, guide customers through restoration, and secure funding options to help repairs.

Travel to damaged areas, canvass neighborhoods, present findings to homeowners, and work with insurance to achieve the best outcomes. Training is provided, with earning potential typically between $63k and $120k after training, plus company benefits

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required
• Must possess a valid driver's license with access to reliable vehicle transportation
• Ability to utilize technology (computer and smartphone apps) and gather and analyze information
• Ability to climb a ladder and inspect roofs

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm sales leads by visiting homeowners and closing contracts
• Generate leads through neighborhood canvassing and door knocking
• Travel to storm-affected areas to identify signs of roof and property damage
• Conduct roof inspections and present findings to homeowners (training provided)
• Educate homeowners on restoration processes and funding options
• Provide estimates and coordinate payments as required
• Work with insurance companies and adjusters to achieve best outcomes
• Obtain agreements and contracts from homeowners for roof restoration services
• Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in team communication
