Job summary

Best Choice Roofing is seeking Weather Damage experts / Sales Representatives to respond to warm leads, visit homeowners, conduct roof inspections, explain restoration options, and serve as trusted advisors throughout the claim process.

Travel to storm-affected neighborhoods, generate new business, present findings, assist with financing, coordinate with insurers, and aim to close contracts, with paid training and strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service background is a plus, but not required.
• Must possess a valid drivers license with access to reliable vehicle transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Capable of utilizing technology (computer and smartphone apps).
• Ability to climb a ladder and scale roofs for inspection.
• Ability to work outdoors, including walking and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• At least 40 hours of daytime availability weekly (most Saturdays required).

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm sales leads by visiting homeowners and closing contracts.
• Generate sales leads through neighborhood canvassing and door knocking.
• Travel to storm-damaged areas to identify roof and property damage.
• Climb on roofs to conduct damage assessments and present findings.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and funding through the process.
• Provide estimates and financing options and collect payments as required.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and adjusters for outcomes.
• Obtain agreements and contracts from homeowners for roof restoration services.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in team communication.
