Best Choice Roofing is seeking Weather Damage experts / Sales Representatives in the United States. The role involves inspecting roofs, guiding homeowners through restoration options, and closing contracts after assessing damage.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service background is a plus, but not required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with access to reliable vehicle transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for success.
• Capable of utilizing technology (computer and smartphone apps) and gathering and analyzing information.
• Ability to climb a ladder and scale roofs for inspection.
• Ability to work outdoors, including walking and occasionally carrying up to 50 lbs.
• At least 40 hours of daytime availability weekly (Schedule is flexible, but most Saturdays are required)

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm sales leads by visiting homeowners and conducting roof/property inspections.
• Generate new leads by canvassing neighborhoods and talking with homeowners about risks and solutions.
• Travel to areas recently hit by storm damage to identify signs of roof and property damage.
• Perform roof inspections and present findings to homeowners.
• Educate homeowners on the restoration process and funding options.
• Provide estimates and collect payments as required.
• Work with insurance companies and adjusters to facilitate best outcomes.
• Obtain agreements and contracts from homeowners for roof restoration services.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in team communication.
