Job summary

Best Choice Roofing is seeking motivated Weather Damage experts / Sales Representatives to respond to warm leads, inspect roofs, and guide homeowners through restoration options. Travel to storm-affected areas to assess damage and present findings, acting as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications

• A sales or customer service background is a plus, but not required
• Must possess a valid driver's license with access to reliable vehicle transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for success
• Capable of utilizing technology (computer and smartphone apps) and gathering and analyzing information
• Ability to climb a ladder and scale roofs for inspection
• Ability to work outdoors, including walking and occasionally carrying up to 50 lbs
• At least 40 hours of daytime availability weekly (Schedule is flexible, but most Saturdays are required)

Responsibilities

• Respond rapidly to warm sales leads to close contracts for our services
• Generate sales leads through neighborhood canvassing and door knocking
• Travel to areas recently hit by storm damage to identify signs of roof and property damage
• Climb onto roofs to conduct damage assessments and present findings to homeowners (training will be provided)
• Educate homeowners on the restoration process and serving as a technical advisor to effectively resolve client concerns
• Provide estimates and funding options and collecting payments as required
• Work with insurance companies and meeting with adjusters to facilitate the best outcomes possible for homeowners
• Obtain agreements and contracts from homeowners for roof restoration services
• Attend weekly sales meetings and actively participate in team communication
