Job summary

Best Choice Roofing is seeking motivated Weather Damage experts / Sales Representatives to respond to warm leads, inspect roofs, and guide homeowners through restoration options. The role involves generating new leads through canvassing, traveling to affected areas, and presenting findings to homeowners.

You will work as a trusted advisor, helping secure contracts for roof restoration services. We offer paid training, competitive earnings (63k–120k annually after training), strong growth

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with access to reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to climb ladders and scale roofs for inspection.
• Able to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs.
• At least 40 hours of daytime availability weekly; Saturdays often required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm sales leads by visiting homeowners and inspecting roofs.
• Guide customers through restoration process and provide funding options.
• Generate new leads via neighborhood canvassing and door knocking.
• Travel to storm-damaged areas to identify roofing damages and present findings.
• Obtain agreements and contracts for roof restoration services.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in team communications.
