Job summary

Best Choice Roofing is seeking motivated Weather Damage experts / Sales Representatives to respond to warm leads, inspect roofs, and guide homeowners through the restoration process after storm damage. You will also help secure funding for repairs and educate clients on options.

As a Sales Representative, you will canvas neighborhoods, meet homeowners, and coordinate with insurance adjusters to achieve the best outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license with access to reliable vehicle transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Capable of utilizing technology (computer and smartphone apps) and gathering and analyzing information.
• Ability to climb a ladder and scale roofs for inspection.
• Ability to work outdoors, including walking and occasionally carrying up to 50 lbs.
• At least 40 hours of daytime availability weekly (Schedule is flexible, but most Saturdays are required).

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm sales leads by visiting homeowners and inspecting roofs.
• Guide homeowners through the restoration process and present repair options.
• Generate new leads through neighborhood canvassing and doorknocking.
• Travel to storm-damaged areas to assess property damage and present findings.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters to facilitate favorable outcomes for homeowners.
• Provide estimates and funding options and collect payments as required.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in team communication.
