Job summary

Best Choice Roofing is hiring Weather Damage experts / Sales Representatives in the United States. You will respond to warm leads, visit homeowners, conduct roof inspections, guide clients through restoration, and present funding options. Travel to affected areas to assess damage and close contracts with homeowners and insurers.

Training is provided and compensation scales with performance. We value strong communication, a valid drivers license, and comfort with technology.

Qualifications

• A sales or customer service background is a plus
• Must possess a valid drivers license with access to reliable vehicle transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for success
• Capable of utilizing technology (computer and smartphone apps)
• Ability to climb a ladder and scale roofs for inspection
• Ability to work outdoors, including walking and occasionally carrying up to 50 lbs
• At least 40 hours of daytime availability weekly (Schedule is flexible, but most Saturdays are required)

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm sales leads by visiting homeowners and conducting roof/property inspections
• Guide customers through the restoration process and present solutions
• Generate new leads by canvassing neighborhoods and speaking with homeowners
• Travel to storm-damaged areas to identify signs of roof and property damage
• Conduct roof inspections and present findings to homeowners (training provided)
• Provide estimates and funding options and collect payments as required
• Work with insurance companies and adjusters to facilitate outcomes
• Obtain agreements and contracts for roof restoration services
• Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in team communication
