Job summary

Target Stores Executive Leadership internship offers a paid, 40 hr/week program designed to develop and prepare you for store leadership. You will work closely with managers and team members to understand and lead in daily store priorities while delivering guest service excellence.

The internship provides mentorship, hands-on leadership opportunities, and ongoing development conversations to help you grow into a Target leader throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong interest in management within stores.
• Leadership skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Learn and adapt to current technology needs.

Responsibilities

• Spend time on the store sales floor leading team members and aligning daily priorities.
• Work with the ETL mentor and store leaders to understand roles.
• Lead daily priorities (stocking, safety, guest experience) and coach team.
• Participate in internship program training and development activities.
