Job summary

Alignment Engine Inc. is hiring for an on-site storeroom/inventory role in Chillicothe, Ohio. You will manage material flow in the parts storeroom, ensuring accurate stocking, issuing, and records, while maintaining min/max levels and performing cycle counts.

The ideal candidate has storeroom or inventory experience, CMMS proficiency, and a forklift certification (or willingness to certify). A high school diploma or GED is required, with on-the-job training provided.

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role.

Run the parts storeroom the way mills always have: critical spares, issue and return, min/max, and clean records.

What you’ll do:

• Manage MRO storeroom receiving, stocking, and issuing
• Maintain min/max levels and cycle counts
• Kit parts for planned maintenance
• Track warranty and repairable items
• Keep storeroom organization and records tight

What you’ll bring:

• Storeroom, parts room, or inventory experience (industrial preferred)
• CMMS or inventory system fluency
• Forklift certification or willingness to certify
• High school diploma or GED

Full training provided — no prior industry experience required.

Pay range:

$48,000 – $62,000 per year
