Job summary

Alignment Engine Inc. is seeking an IT support professional to service the Chillicothe campus on-site. You will manage workstations, accounts, badges, printers, phones, and AV systems to keep a growing workforce productive.

The role requires 2+ years in IT support with Windows/Mac fluency and a customer-service mindset; CompTIA A+ is valued. Training is provided, with a clear apprenticeship pathway and certification support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT support/helpdesk experience.
• Fluent with Windows and Mac; basic networking knowledge.
• Strong customer-service mindset and communication skills.
• CompTIA A+ or equivalent valued by employer.

Responsibilities

• Provision and support campus workstations and accounts.
• Support badging, printers, phones, and AV systems.
• Triager helpdesk tickets and escalate to corporate IT as needed.
• Maintain asset inventory for end-user equipment.
• Support onboarding technology setup.

Job description

Alignment Engine Inc. ("Alignment") operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role.

Support the people who run the campus: workstations, badges, phones, AV, and office systems for a growing workforce.

What you’ll do:

• Provision and support employee workstations and accounts
• Support badging, printers, phones, and AV systems
• Triage helpdesk tickets and elevate to corporate IT
• Maintain asset inventory for end-user equipment
• Support onboarding technology setup

What you’ll bring:

• 2+ years IT support/helpdesk experience
• Windows/Mac and basic networking fluency
• Customer-service mindset
• CompTIA A+ or equivalent valued

Training provided — experience from industrial, manufacturing, military, or utility settings translates directly.

Pay range:

$55,000 – $75,000 per year
