Alignment Engine Inc. is hiring for versatile trades support at our Chillicothe, Ohio campus. The role covers carpentry, painting, doors and hardware installation, and general repairs across the campus.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in industrial settings, ability to read diagrams, and comfort with 24/7 mission-critical environments; a high school diploma or GED is required, with trade training valued. Training provided on-site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in industrial plant, manufacturing, critical facilities, military, or utility operations.
• Ability to read one-line diagrams, P&IDs, or equipment drawings relevant to the discipline.
• Comfortable with 24/7 mission-critical environments and structured change control (MOP/SOP/EOP).
• High school diploma or GED; trade school, apprenticeship, or military training strongly valued.

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role.

Versatile trades support: carpentry, doors and hardware, painting, and general repairs across the campus.

What you’ll do:

• Perform carpentry, painting, and general repairs
• Install and maintain doors, hardware, and fixtures
• Support office and industrial-space buildouts
• Coordinate small contractor jobsMaintain work records

What you’ll bring:

• 3+ years in industrial plant, manufacturing, critical facilities, military, or utility operations (data center experience a plus, not required)
• Ability to read one-line diagrams, P&IDs, or equipment drawings relevant to the discipline
• Comfortable with 24/7 mission-critical environments and structured change control (MOP/SOP/EOP)
• High school diploma or GED; trade school, apprenticeship, or military training strongly valued

Training provided — experience from industrial, manufacturing, military, or utility settings translates directly.

Pay range:

$55,000 – $72,000 per year
