Alignment Engine Inc. is seeking a maintenance scheduler to coordinate weekly plans with trades and operations teams at the Chillicothe facility. The role focuses on scheduling windows, crews, parts, and vendor support to keep critical systems aligned.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in industrial operations, reads diagrams or P&IDs, and thrives in 24/7 environments with formal change control. Training is provided, and the on-site role is based in Chillicothe, Ohio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in industrial plant, manufacturing, critical facilities, military, or utility operations.
• Ability to read one-line diagrams, P&IDs, or equipment drawings relevant to the discipline.
• Comfortable with 24/7 mission-critical environments and structured change control (MOP/SOP/EOP).
• High school diploma or GED; trade school, apprenticeship, or military training strongly valued.

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role. Schedule maintenance across trades and operations teams: coordinate windows, crews, parts, and vendor support.

What you’ll do:

• Build weekly maintenance schedules with operations
• Coordinate crew, parts, and vendor readiness
• Track schedule compliance and backlog
• Run scheduling meetings
• Support outage planning

What you’ll bring:

• 3+ years in industrial plant, manufacturing, critical facilities, military, or utility operations (data center experience a plus, not required)
• Ability to read one-line diagrams, P&IDs, or equipment drawings relevant to the discipline
• Comfortable with 24/7 mission-critical environments and structured change control (MOP/SOP/EOP)
• High school diploma or GED; trade school, apprenticeship, or military training strongly valued

Training provided — experience from industrial, manufacturing, military, or utility settings translates directly.

Pay range: $70,000 – $90,000 per year
